
These terms govern the relationship between Defence-S Ltd and users of its services and website.
Defence-S Ltd is a limited liability company registered under the Commercial Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. The company holds Licence No. 730 / 28.12.2005 for carrying out guarding activities across the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Ministry of Interior.
These terms apply to all services provided by Defence-S Ltd, including physical guarding, site security, access control management, risk analysis and related services. They also govern use of the website defence-s.com.
Each security service is provided on the basis of an individual written contract between Defence-S Ltd (Service Provider) and the Client (Contracting Authority). The contract includes:

The Client undertakes to provide the necessary conditions for the performance of guarding services, including access to the premises, staff facilities for guards, and cooperation in implementing the security plan.
Defence-S Ltd is a data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law. We process personal data only in the circumstances described below and only for lawful purposes.
What data we collect: names, email address, telephone number and message, provided voluntarily through the contact form on this website.
Purpose and legal basis: data is processed to respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and to enter into and perform contracts for security services.
Third-party processors: we use Web3Forms (web3forms.com), an EU-based form submission service, to receive contact form messages. Form data is transmitted to Web3Forms solely to forward the message to us and is not permanently stored by them. The typefaces used on the website are self-hosted on our server (no requests are made to Google Fonts or other external font providers). Beyond these services, data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Retention periods: enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted. Contractual data is retained in accordance with legal requirements (up to 5 years under Bulgarian accounting law).
Cookies: this website uses localStorage solely to store your cookie consent preference. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party cookies. Defence-S Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments take effect from the moment of publication on the website. Continued use of services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms and all contractual relations with Defence-S Ltd are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or before the competent court in Sofia.
